My aim in therapy is to provide support through what can typically be a wide range of confusing emotions. Whatever the loss, the journey through it is different for each of us. However, it does usually follow a pattern. Understanding the pattern will help in not only accepting the loss, but also help in navigating a way through to acceptance of the loss, and the ability to see a more positive way forward. |
