My Counselling Practice in Central London W1 - Marble Arch

I have been at this location for many years. My clients appreciate the fact that I have decided to keep the practice small, personal and friendly as it assures them of contacting and seeing no one but me. It also assures them of privacy as there is no communal waiting room.  I work full time at this central London location. This means I am able to be flexible when clients' commitments prevent them from being able to keep to a fixed time each week. My sessions start at 8am or earlier, and I  am able to see my last client as late as 9pm. There is also the option of meeting at weekends.

I practice integrative therapy which means I am experienced in working with several approaches. In my case, I draw from Humanistic/Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis (TA), and Existential approaches.

This enables me to offer the type of therapy, or combination of therapies, that is most appropriate for the particular needs of each client. I have created a page to explain the differences between the types and approaches to therapy.

My counselling is confidential; I am affirmative and non-judgemental, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, politics, culture or nationality. I have clients who are straight, gay, bisexual, transsexual, white, black, Canadian, Australian, New Zealander, American, French, German, Swedish, Romanian, Asian, Middle-Eastern, Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Catholic and atheist. I have lived and worked in North America for many years, and am trained in cross cultural therapy.
