My Counselling Practice in Central London W1 - Marble Arch

I have been practising from my home at this location for over twenty years. My clients appreciate the fact that I have decided to keep the practice small, personal and friendly as it assures them of contacting and seeing no one but me. It also assures them of privacy as there is no communal waiting room.  I work full time at this central London location. This means I am able to be flexible when clients' commitments prevent them from being able to keep to a fixed time each week. My sessions can start at 8am and I can see my last client at 8pm. There is also the option of meeting at weekends.

I practice integrative therapy which means I am experienced in working with several approaches. In my case, I draw from Humanistic/Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis (TA), and Existential approaches.

This enables me to offer the type of therapy, or combination of therapies, that is most appropriate for the particular needs of each client. I have created a page to explain the differences between the types and approaches to therapy.

My counselling is confidential; I am affirmative and non-judgemental, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, politics, culture or nationality. I have seen clients who are straight, gay, bisexual, transsexual, white, black, Canadian, Australian, New Zealander, American, Russian, Afro-Caribbean, French, German, Swedish, African, Danish, Romanian, Asian, Middle-Eastern, Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Catholic and atheist to list but a few. For many years I lived and worked in North America. I am trained in cross cultural therapy.
